  1. It's hard to resist Turkey Day food and keeping a food journal doesn't work for me with all the temptation. To keep accountable on Thanksgiving, I registered for a short Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day morning and doing an easy jog before heading to my family party. I'll also pace myself and promise to save leftovers for myself. :) Happy Turkey Day!

    Thanks Mark – Thats awesome!! Before you know it your short turkey day trot will be the Atlanta TG half marathon – thats my tradition… Hope to see you on the road working for those calories!
